Here is the way how you can enable it in your windows 7.

You need to have administrator privileges to perform this operation.

Procedure :

  1. Open Command Prompt as administrator , you can do this by right clicking command prompt and selecting run as administrator (or) typing command at start menu and once command prompt is displayed press Ctrl+Shift+Enter and allow admin privileges to command prompt.
  2. To Activate administrator account type the following command at command prompt.

    C:> net user administrator /active:yes

    You should get a message displaying command completed sucessfully as following image and you can see an extra account added to the user accounts and you can see it at login screen .

  3. To Deactivate the user account you should repeat the same procedure and instead of typing above command issue this command.

    C:> net user administrator /active:no

    You should get a message displaying command completed sucessfully as following image and administrator account will not be displayed.
